Frank and Sophie Berbée were inspired to launch Bloemenstorm to find a way to recycle the thousands of annually wasted flower bulbs in the Netherlands. They found a solution in a circular concept that provides businesses with boxes containing flowers that bloom from wasted bulbs, steadily bringing urban spaces back to life. With the help of Let it Grow’s Incubation Programme, Bloemenstorm is able to act on quantitative data which helps the team to pinpoint exactly what its customers want.
